GENERAL PARTNERSHIP CONDITIONS
PARTNERSHIP REQUEST
The partnership is in the name of the company. If multiple contact persons from a company/organization want to participate, they must complete a registration form separately. Azerbaijan Netherlands Business Hub reserves the right to check registrations and refuse them in exceptional cases. Registration for the partnership will be confirmed by Azerbaijan Netherlands Business Hub by email.
DURATION OF THE PARTNERSHIP
The partnership at Azerbaijan Netherlands Business Hub applies to Partnership ‘2025’ and Partnership ‘Diamond’ until 31 December 2025.
PAYMENT OF THE PARTNERSHIP CONTRIBUTION
After receiving the completed partnership form, you will receive an invoice from AZNL Hub B.V. for the partnership contribution for the current period.
→ Payment of the partnership contribution takes place after receipt of the invoice.
→ The invoice must be paid within 14 days.
EXTENTION AND TERMINATION
→ The partnership will be automatically extended for one year (1 January – 31 December).
→ The invoice will be send in November.
→ The participant has the option to cancel his partnership in writing (email).
→ For any cancellation, Azerbaijan Netherlands Business Hub must receive written notice before 31 October (effective 01/01).
→ For any termination that takes place during the partnership period, the contribution for the partnership in question remains due.
