What is your background/expertise?
Sebastiaan Glazer is a creative and energetic person. For the past 20 years he was active in a lot of projects. He was primarily involved in educating people of various age groups and very diverse backgrounds.
What was the biggest challenge in your professional life so far?
The development and implementation of a Competency training and assessment centre in Kazakhstan.
What is the achievement you are most proud of?
Setting up local training centres in foreign countries and developing local content as well as specialised teams for complex onshore and offshore inspections.

Team player and very open minded. Always positive and able to motivate people.
